The largest phase is approximately 140,000 gsf. and is comprised of three buildings. The center building is Amos Hall. These three buildings will feature 2 large auditoriums, 8 classrooms, a trading room, a behavioral lab and an undergraduate commons with a south-facing veranda. The Casey Commons will be centrally located for easy access by the entire Terry community. There will be a multi-purpose/event space, a café and a centralized service and support center. The upper levels of this phase will house faculty and staff offices and conference rooms.
Terry's new Learning Community architects are Collins Cooper Carusi Architects of Atlanta, designed in association with Robert A. M. Stern Architects of New York. The construction firm is Turner Construction Company.
