Phase 1: Correll Hall Construction Project

December 2013 – July 2015
74,291 gross square feet

The first building, named Correll Hall in honor of Ada Lee and A. D. “Pete” Correll (BBA ’63), Chairman Emeritus of Georgia-Pacific Corp., is approximately 74,291 gsf. and houses classrooms for graduate programs including the MBA, MMR and MAcc programs. There are multiple project team rooms, a business innovation lab, a graduate commons, and student lockers. The upper floors house our Full-Time MBA Program offices and Career Management Center and our Office of Development and Alumni Relations. Once Phase 2 is complete and more units of the Terry college have relocated to the new Business Learning Community, the Dean and Associate Deans will move their offices into Correll Hall.

Architects and Builder

The architects for Phase 1 were Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio LLC of Atlanta, designed in association with Robert A. M. Stern Architects of New York. The construction firm was DPR Hardin.
