    Where will it be?

    Terry's Business Learning Community will be located in the heart of campus at the corner of Lumpkin and Baxter.

    Business Learning Community Phases

    Phase 1

    December 2013–July 2015
    74,291 gross square feet

    The first building, named Correll Hall in honor of Ada Lee and A. D. “Pete” Correll (BBA ’63), Chairman Emeritus of Georgia-Pacific Corp., will be approximately 74,291 gsf and will house classrooms for graduate programs including the MBA, MMR and MAcc programs. There will be a graduate commons, a business innovation lab, multiple project team rooms and student lockers. The upper floors will house our Full-Time MBA Program offices and Career Management Center, the Dean’s and Associate Dean’s offices and our Office of Development and Alumni Relations.

    Phase 2

    2015–2017
    140,000 gross square feet

    The largest phase is approximately 140,000 gsf. This phase will have multiple wings and will feature 2 large auditoriums, 8 classrooms, a trading room, a behavioral lab and an undergraduate commons, with a south-facing veranda. This commons will be centrally located for easy access by the entire Terry community. There will be a multi-purpose/event space space, a café and most of the college’s service and support centers. The upper levels of this phase will house faculty and staff offices and conference rooms.

    Phase 3

    2017–2019
    72,100 gross square feet

    The third phase will be 72,100 gsf. and will house approximately 10 additional classrooms, staff offices and conference rooms. This phase is scheduled to begin construction in 2017 and be completed in 2019.

    Construction and Design

    Architects and Builder

    The architects were selected through The University of Georgia and Board of Regents official selection process.

    Phase 1:
    Terry's Business Learning Community architects are Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio LLC of Atlanta, designed in association with Robert A. M. Stern Architects of New York. The construction firm is DPR Hardin.

    Phase 2:
    Terry's Business Learning Community architects are Collins Cooper Carusi Architects of Atlanta, designed in association with Robert A. M. Stern Architects of New York. The construction firm is Turner Construction Company.
